01 · What it does
A machine's onboard network is not a clean supply: there are engine starts, loads switching on and off, voltage variations. Power conditioning protects and adapts the supply of the downstream electronics so sensors and control units receive the voltage they need.
On industrial vehicles and boats, the module is defined from the onboard voltage and the load to supply. Available space and necessary protections guide the connection request.
